How do I TAP & PAY with OV Reward Mastercard on an iPhone?
Make sure OV Reward Mastercard has been added to your Apple Pay Wallet and
that it is set as your preferred method for payment. During checkout, tap your
phone to the contactless symbol at the register and you'll be prompted by your
phone to either confirm the payment with your Fingerprint or Passcode for your
security. If the register prompts you to select a payment option select
"credit" and the transaction will be complete; there is no pin.
How do I TAP & PAY WITH OV Reward Mastercard on an Android Device?
Make sure OV Reward Mastercard is set as your default card in your NFC
settings. During checkout, tap your phone to the contactless symbol at the
register, make sure your phone screen is lit up. If the register prompts you to
select a payment option select "credit" and the transaction will be

Do I ADD MY OV Reward Mastercard Card to Android Pay?
You do not add your digital OV Reward Mastercard card to Android Pay since we are not
integrated with that system. On Android, your digital OV Reward Mastercard card lives only inside your OV Reward
Mastercard app and works through Android
tap & pay technology.
Do TAP & PAY Transactions Run as Credit or Debit?
When you tap & pay with OV Reward Mastercard the transactions are always run as credit.

No, OV Reward Mastercard
only uses the money in your available OV Reward Mastercard balance for tap & pay, we will not pull
money from your funding source automatically for purchases.

such as Apple Pay and Android tap & pay technology. Typically you will see this symbol.
Why am I Getting declined for TAP &
PAY when I have money in my OV Reward Mastercard account?
Some merchants may decline your payment if you do not have
enough funds in your OV Reward Mastercard
account to cover the cost of the entire purchase. This is because they
may not allow multiple payment methods within a single purchase.
